Kindly check the notes before placing your order:
1. We aim to make you satisfied with your finished cross-stitch. Blurry, low-resolution, small-sized photos, shots with faraway faces or heavy shadows are not acceptable for customization and will be rejected

2. Larger canvas sizes achieve better photo restoration effect. We highly recommend large sizes for portrait photos, especially when the face takes up a small portion of the picture.
3. Please select a canvas size that matches the proportion of your photo. If the aspect ratio is inconsistent, the picture will be cropped or scaled to match your chosen canvas size. We will confirm the adjustment scheme with you before formal production.
4. We provide free basic photo revisions: cropping, resizing, slight color and shadow adjustments. We do not support major modifications including background removal, object deletion and watermark erasure.
5. Due to monitor color differences, the finished cross-stitch may have slight color difference compared with the original picture. Pick a larger size if you want highly restored details.
